Reviews in general are comments that people leave about their particular experience with any given product. Wether the experience was good or bad, leaving a review for other people to see maybe something you want to do.

Not only would I would recommend the Aliph Jawbone Bluetooth Headset but I think it should be the first thing you should buy after buying a phone. That being said, it does require that you position the headset in the right manner on your ear while touching your cheek. Fail to position it correctly can cause static or distortion! Jawbone's Noise Assassin is able to achieve this while other headsets cannot.
